I. Equipment introduction:
This equipment is a continuous fully automatic PLC controlled foam board cutting machine. The board is moved and the cutting frame is fixed to achieve horizontal cutting, vertical cutting, and truncation cutting of foam boards. It can cut in three directions continuously. The number of cutting wires is large and the cutting speed is fast. The robot is used to automatically adjust the wire. The wire adjustment time is 1-3 minutes, which is 10 times faster than manual wire adjustment. It has accurate accuracy and high degree of automation. It is a necessary supporting equipment for medium and large foam board factories.
II. Equipment features:
①The machine is controlled by PLC and touch screen. It can choose fully automatic operation and manual operation mode, with a high degree of automation.
②The horizontal cutting, vertical cutting and truncation cutting voltages are controlled by three sets of transformers and rotary switches respectively. The number of cutting wires is large, the adjustment range is wide, and the output is stable.
③The cutting speeds of horizontal cutting, vertical cutting and truncation cutting are adjusted by frequency converters respectively. In addition, the board is moved and the cutting frame is fixed, which is suitable for cutting boards of various densities and has high cutting accuracy.
④ The horizontal cutting line is automatically set by the servo motor and PLC control. The cut-off and vertical cutting lines are pre-hung and equipped with a scale. After the electric heating wire is set in place, the cylinder tightens it, which is stable and reliable.
⑤ When the vibration cutting is turned on for horizontal cutting and vertical cutting, this will increase the cutting speed by 30%.
⑥ Both the horizontal and vertical sides are cooled efficiently with powerful fans.
⑦ Pause buttons are set at multiple locations, and quick emergency stops can be made in any emergency, with higher safety performance.
