1. The voltage of Horizontal cut, vertical and cross cutting are adjusted individually by three set of transformer & multi stage switch

2. The movement of horizontal ,vertical and Cross cutting are also adjustable separately by frequency converters. 3, From Block alignment for horizontal cutting to the end , All process are controlled Automatically

A) Horizontal cutting wires can be set automatically

B) The Cross and vertical cutting wire can be set easily,both side of horizontal and vertical will set ruler.which will shorter wire setting time, Also wire movement is also easily . after wire setting ready, Then the cylinder will tension the wire to lock it.

C) Equipped the alignment for block setting ,so that you can put the block at exact position. Which will help the accuracy of block cutting. Meanwhile ,with steel roller, the block is easy for movement. Also doesn`t effect the conveyor cutting.

5. Vibrated cutting for horizontal and vertical . which will increase 30% capacity of cutter

6. strong fan for wire cooling for all horizontal ,vertical and cross cutting side.

7. set pause button in many position and set emergency stop bottom for any emergency stop
