Products Detail
1. The machine adopts industrial IPC and object-oriented computer language programming control to realize fuzzy intelligent control of the entire operation process. The industrial computer monitors and collects various sensor data in real time during the operation of the equipment. Under extreme conditions, it can also avoid the phenomenon of raw material caking and raw material of masterbatch.
2. The PID control system composed of precision proportional valve, temperature, pressure sensor and industrial IPC ensures constant pressure and constant temperature heating processes, which are fast, accurate and stable, and ensures uniform and consistent pre-release of EPS beads. Vibration sensor material level control quickly and promptly ends heating to ensure that the gram weight of EPS beads is consistent after each mold pre-release. The gram weight error is ≤±1% (12~25g/L), and the stability of material release is not limited by the operator.
3. The machine is equipped with a density weighing feedback system, and the machine can intelligently adjust the gram weight deviation of the raw material within the lower deviation range to improve the utilization rate of EPS raw materials.
4. Vacuum drying and aging can quickly reduce the foaming agent and moisture content in the EPS beads after pre-expansion, shorten the raw material aging cycle (13g/L~25g/L, aging time is 2~4 hours), the surface of the beads after pre-expansion is smooth and elastic, and the subsequent molding saves steam, and the product appearance quality is good.
5. The machine has database function, network function, and printer function. The foaming formula parameters, production parameters, shift capacity data, alarm information, etc. can be read and accessed through USB or the Internet, and can be printed in real time. You can choose to turn on the real-time monitoring of the silo feeding to reduce the blockage caused by the failure of the valve sensor of the customer's silo system.
6. The raw material contact part of the whole machine is made of 304 stainless steel, and the pipeline system is made of stainless steel. All valve sensor electrical components are internationally renowned brands.
