With its ultra-wide forming + intelligent vacuum system, the equipment solves the industry pain points of uneven density and high moisture content in the production of traditional blocks/boards, and has attracted widespread attention in the building materials industry.

 

Breaking through the density limit, one machine achieves ultra-wide production of 5kg-50kg

Traditional block machines can only produce boards with a fixed density range, while this equipment uses an adjustable high-pressure forming system, which can easily achieve the following by intelligently adjusting the hydraulic pressure and filler ratio:

✔ Ultra-light boards (5kg/m³) - suitable for soundproof walls and decorative insulation boards, with a 40% reduction in transportation and installation costs

✔ High-density boards (50kg/m³) - meet the needs of heavy-duty buildings such as load-bearing walls and foundation fillings, and increase compressive strength by 35%

Test data shows that the density deviation of boards produced in the same batch is ≤3%, which is much better than the industry average of 8%.

 

Vacuum dehydration revolution: moisture content drops by 50%, drying cycle shortened by 60%

Traditional blocks take 7-15 days to dry naturally, but this machine integrates a multi-stage vacuum dehydration system:

 

Pre-vacuum stage: remove raw material bubbles before forming to improve density

 

Deep dehydration stage: forced drainage under negative pressure of -0.08MPa, reducing moisture content from 15% to below 7%

 

Hot air auxiliary system (optional): further shortens drying time to within 48 hours

A new building materials factory's actual measurement shows that the cracking rate of finished panels has dropped from 12% to below 3%, saving 30% of maintenance energy consumption.
