Introduction to machine features
1. The barrel body is made of 304 mirror stainless steel plate, and the inner wall is smooth and non-sticky.
2. The frame and the fluidized bed body are integral structures, which are more solid and have excellent corrosion resistance.
3. The fluidized drying bed is made of 304 stainless steel brushed plate, which is beautiful and corrosion-resistant.
4. The upper and lower heads and the entire barrel body are processed by CNC to ensure overall high precision and make the shaft system more stable and durable.
5. The conical barrel body can be turned 360° to make the foaming evenly heated at the fastest speed, so that the foaming can be more uniform and stable while the feeding amount is larger.
6. The main shaft reducer adopts K97 type, equipped with 18.5 kW high-power motor (with Mitsubishi inverter control), with large output torque, suitable for various performance raw materials without overload.
7. The steam-passing bottom plate is a special wedge-shaped 304 stainless steel breathable plate, which will never block the gap and does not need to be cleaned, ensuring the steam permeability and saving 21% steam.
8. The discharge door adopts a large amount of discharge method, which is fast and clean without producing material skin.
9. The main shaft stirring motor, drying fan, and feeding fan are all controlled by frequency conversion. According to different foaming weights, the foaming stirring speed is adjusted, and different foaming weights are more accurately controlled.
10. Systematic control of steam intake, Japan imported Yoshitake pressure reduction system, with steam-water separator, low steam water content, making the entire foaming system more stable, thereby ensuring more accurate foaming.
11. Steam, compressed air, exhaust, all with imported proportional valves, heating using proportional valve PID control pressure and temperature, constant pressure foaming, in line with the EPS pre-expansion mechanism of the optimal heating process, saving steam saving 20% year-on-year;
12. Use German imported vibration sensors to ensure that the material level can be accurately controlled during foaming, to ensure the uniformity of the foamed graphite material, and the machine has a pot monitoring and early warning function to avoid machine explosion in extreme cases;
The human-machine interface is friendly, and the various material parameters can be stored in the PLC, and the operator can directly call the commonly used formula;
13. The PLC uses the German Siemens control system with an Ethernet interface, which can realize remote control, and it is also convenient for customers to connect to the subsequent MES system;
14. The solenoid valve is controlled by German Baode, which is faster and more accurate.
