The device's space-saving frame and intuitive human-machine interface allow operators to switch between customized thicknesses, densities and formats in minutes, so the same production line can be used in building insulation panels, electronics protective packaging, and machining industrial inserts.
Servo-driven pressure plates and proportional steam valves provide ± 1% weight consistency at throughput of up to 25 cycle-hours, reducing material waste and energy consumption per cubic meter by approximately 8%.
As a result, factories can expand production without increasing shifts while meeting global fire codes and size tolerance standards for polystyrene products.

Advantages of plate machine equipment
The description of equipment performance advantages is mainly organized from four perspectives: safety perspective, quality perspective, efficiency perspective, and energy saving perspective.

1) Safety perspective
With 4-fold protection system
①The upper limit of the pressure of the electric contact pressure gauge on the equipment body: 1.2bar
②The upper limit of the pressure of the electric contact pressure gauge on the electric control box is 0.5-0.8bar
③The upper limit of the pressure of the safety valve on the equipment body: 2bar
Dual control automatically detects the cavity pressure:
The cavity pressure is composed of 2 pressure sensors and an electric contact pressure gauge, which is safer and more stable
The pressure sensors are installed separately: the penetration pressure sensor 1 is detected at the front mold exhaust pipe, the penetration pressure sensor 2 is detected at the side mold exhaust pipe, and the detection point of the electric contact pressure gauge on the electric control box is the same as the pressure sensor
Two locking devices, front and side, the locking rod is thickened, and the locking pin and locking hook are quenched to ensure strength while making the sealing better.
The control system is composed of Japan Mitsubishi FX3U series programmable controller and Taiwan Weilun touch screen. It adopts PLC control and modular structure programmable controller. The system has a built-in multifunctional control system for low-pressure molding process. The operation panel adopts Weilun industrial-grade high-resolution 10.5-inch LCD display, which can make micro-adjustments to the process according to the product structure. The system equipment can output real-time production reports of each product (including product type, quantity, single-shift output, single-day output) for real-time monitoring and equipment operation. All process parameters are set on the touch screen, which can monitor the equipment operation status in real time. It has a variety of fault alarm and operation protection functions, a complete fault self-diagnosis and motor overload protection system, and an intermediate relay protection function to ensure the safe operation of PLC and touch human-machine interface and improve the stability of the equipment.

2) Quality perspective:
Expansion coefficient pressure sensor
The board machine door opening is digitally controlled, and the expansion coefficient pressure sensor is used to control whether the door can be opened to output the board. It has a high degree of automation and stable production to prevent the production of waste boards and exploded boards.
Special material seal:
PTFE material: PTFE (Teflon or PTFE), commonly known as "plastic king", is a polymer compound made of tetrafluoroethylene by polymerization. It has excellent chemical stability, corrosion resistance, sealing, high lubricity and non-stickiness, electrical insulation and good anti-aging resistance.
Heating expansion, better sealing effect
Double eccentric steam inlet valve
The main steam inlet butterfly valve (front, back, top and bottom) adopts double eccentric metal sealing butterfly valve to better improve the sealing performance, high efficiency and stability.
Better extend the service life, which is 3 to 5 times the service life of ordinary valves.
Reduce the workload of frequent replacement of valve seals and valve maintenance.
Reduce the loss of steam, can completely open and close the valve, and improve the quality of the foam board.
The middle and internal EPS beads are bonded the same
Overall structure: This machine is made of square tubes in Wuxi, Jiangsu, which greatly improves the rigidity of the equipment. All templates are processed by the gantry processing center and then annealed at high temperature, with good stability and steel not easy to deform. Finally, the sandblasting and painting processes are implemented, and the overall assembly is carried out, which greatly extends the service life and ensures the stability of the equipment.
Hydraulic system: The hydraulic system adopts a high-speed and high-pressure design, and the mold opening and closing speed is 8 seconds faster than the conventional machine. There are four sets of ejector plates on the back of the plate machine template. When the product is ejected, in order to ensure that the plate is not damaged, under the drive of the ejector cylinder, in order to achieve all synchronization at the same time, 3 sets of flow and collector valves are installed on the back of the machine. All oil seals are high-temperature resistant, which improves the stability of the equipment.
