Usage process A. Plate storage line Six plates can be placed on the storage line. Plates can be placed manually by forklift. The storage line can also be connected to the automatic conveyor line in the drying room. When there are no plates on the turning rack, the plates on the conveyor line will automatically move toward the turning rack. Depending on the layout of the plant, the storage line can be selected to be straight or placed at 90 degrees to the main line.
B. Hydraulic turning frame The turning frame is driven by hydraulic pressure, which is safe and stable. When all the plates enter the turning frame, the turning frame will lay the plates on the cross-cutting conveyor chain. After being completely flat, the plates will continue to move forward.
C. Cross-cutting alignment and board chasing system When the board reaches the designated cross-cutting position, the cross-cutting bottom cylinder drives the roller frame to rise, and the cross-cutting alignment system begins to align the board to the accurate cutting position. After alignment, the board is quickly transported forward to shorten the distance with the previous board to increase cutting efficiency.
D. Cross-cutting frame The cross-cutting frame is equipped with a high-precision automatic wire adjustment system (patented product). 60 wires can be adjusted within 3 minutes, and the wire pitch error is ±0.5mm. The upper part is equipped with an adjustable pressure roller mechanism, and the vibration cutting system is placed on the side of the equipment. At the same time, 4 fans are equipped on both sides to cool the wire cutting, and 1 fan is equipped at the bottom to cool the wire cutting. The wire breakage shutdown function can be optionally equipped.
E. Vertical cutting frame The vertical cutting machine is equipped with a vibration cutting system, with a fan on the top and bottom to cool the wires of the exposed part, and can be equipped with automatic wire adjustment and wire breakage shutdown functions.
F. Upper plate skin pre-crushing device When the plate reaches the designated position, the vacuum plate suction device sucks and lifts the upper plate skin, sends it to the conveyor belt, and finally sends it to the upper crusher for pre-crushing. The fan then sends the pre-crushed blocks to the silo for the next step of processing.
G. Cutting and automatic plate alignment system When the plate completely enters the cutting part, the automatic alignment system on both sides and the upper clamping mechanism fix the plate in the accurate cutting position to ensure the cutting diagonal error. The cutting frame moves from bottom to top to cut the plate into the required length. Automatic wire adjustment, vibration cutting and wire breakage shutdown systems are optional.
H. Stacking mechanism When the plate is separated from the cutter and completely enters the stacking machine, the stacking clamping part first lifts the upper half of the plate, and the lower half of the plate enters the film wrapping machine for packaging. When the lower half of the plate is packaged, the upper half of the plate falls to the roller conveyor and continues to move forward and enters the packaging machine.
I. Bottom waste pre-crushing device The bottom pre-crusher is placed under the stacking mechanism, and the conveyor belt runs through the vertical cutting to the bottom of the stacking mechanism. The scraps after vertical cutting and cutting fall directly to the bottom conveyor belt, and are finally transported to the bottom pre-crusher and broken into small pieces, and then sent into the material through the fan for the next step of processing.
J.EPS sheet film wrapping machine The sheet film wrapping machine is connected to the stacking mechanism through the steering mechanism to achieve seamless connection, and the sheet is packed on 4 sides. The packaging speed is fast and the packaging is tight (no heat shrinkage is required), and it is not afraid of long-distance transportation.
Equipment features: 1. Automatic wire adjustment by manipulator, wire adjustment time is 1-3 minutes, 10 times faster than manual wire adjustment, with accurate precision; 2. Vibration cutting of cutting frame greatly increases cutting efficiency, with the fastest speed of up to two meters per minute (20kg/m3); 3. Cutting machine adopts segmented continuous work, and 5 plates can be placed on the equipment for simultaneous processing; 4. The cutting frame adopts fixed mode, and the products move at the speed controlled by computer during production, which reduces the time of loading and unloading plates and sizing, and greatly reduces the auxiliary time in the production process. 5. It can directly cut to the product size required by customers. 6. The whole production line adopts full computer automatic monitoring.
