Equipment advantages

CNC blanking technology is adopted for all steel blanking, and most of them Galvanizing treatment is adopted for parts after   NC processing to improve the surface of parts Quality and longer durability.

Autonics encoder from South Korea is used for the running stroke of the equipment. In addition, the encoder bracket adopts a new design that can adjust the balance by itself. The rack is fixed. Compared with the traditional method, the rack is safer and more reliable when it is not moving, and the stroke control data is more accurate.

All welding parts are subject to electric furnace stress relief annealing treatment, and all welding parts and templates are subject to CNC machining technology, ensuring the processing accuracy of structural parts and concentricity during operation, which greatly improves the long-term stability of equipment operation.

The demoulding structure adopts the latest design of movable ejector fixed support, which is more reasonable and conve-nient compared with the traditional one. In particular, the maintenance problems caused by the falling off of the material pipe can be quickly solved, which improves the work efficiency and safety performance.

The guide posts are all chrome plated with 45 # steel, and the guide sleeves for mold shifting are all formed by CNC at one time to ensure the installation accuracy of the guide posts. The oil injection device is designed and the wear-resistant copper sleeves that can be easily replaced are embedded to avoid the  pain point that the internal wear-resistant parts cannot be replaced after the equipment has been running for a long time.

The hydraulic station is designed with beautiful andatmospheric  overall appearance. The box body is treated with baking varnish. All control parts of the hydraulic system are imported brands and equipped with differential valves to greatly improve the speed and stability of equipment operation. The hydraulic pressure of 100 dials is displayed digitally.

The oil cylinder adopts a new design that is easy to maintain.  When the internal wearing parts need to be replaced after the equipment has been used for a long time, it is only necessary  to pull the back cover of the oil cylinder out of the piston rod,  without removing the whole oil cylinder, which greatly improves the work efficiency and safety.

The bucket is designed with a vertical pressure retaining structure, equipped with a level sensing switch of the Korean  Autonics brand, and configured with several control methods in the program, such as normal feeding , pressurized feeding   and minus pressure feeding.

The steam pipe is controlled by German Gemi double valves, equipped with American MAC high frequency valve and German WIKA pressure sensor, and the upper and lower limits of pressure can be directly adjusted on the screen. The mold cavity pressure control is stable and more precisely.

The vacuum control circuit is adopt vacuumize by up and down ways meanwhile. Double eccentric butterfly valves are used to control the upper and lower limits of negative pressure with the German Wika pressure sensor, so that the vacuum negative pressure can form timely, with high working efficiency, and little water content.

The valve control system adopts the combination of German Birkert solenoid valve and Japanese SMC precision filter, and    the filtering accuracy can reach above 0.05um, which improves the system control sensitivity and long-term stability.

The touch screen adopts 15.6 inch high-digital LCD with remote transmission function. With the control of a pressure sensor, can revise remote process parameter and it is convenient for customers to collect the machine production report data.
