The steam pipe is controlled by German Gemi double valves, equipped with American MAC high frequency valve and German WIKA pressure sensor, and the upper and lower limits of pressure can be directly adjusted on the screen. The mold cavity pressure control is stable and more precisely.
The vacuum control circuit is adopt vacuumize by up and down ways meanwhile. Double eccentric butterfly valves are used to control the upper and lower limits of negative pressure with the German Wika pressure sensor, so that the vacuum negative pressure can form timely, with high working efficiency, and little water content.
The valve control system adopts the combination of German Birkert solenoid valve and Japanese SMC precision filter, and the filtering accuracy can reach above 0.05um, which improves the system control sensitivity and long-term stability.
The touch screen adopts 15.6 inch high-digital LCD with remote transmission function. With the control of a pressure sensor, can revise remote process parameter and it is convenient for customers to collect the machine production report data.
