The EPS vacuum precise Pre-expand machine is made of 304 stainless steel, iron and precision instruments. It has precise temperature and pressure control to ensure bead size and consistency; adjustable expansion ratio; high throughput; energy saving; and user-friendly controls. This is the first step in EPS processing. Steam is used to expand the original EPS beads to low levels in preparation for molding. Determines the density and performance of the final product.
