Introduction to machine functions and characteristics
1. The barrel body is made of mirror stainless steel plate, and the inner wall is smooth and free from material.
2. The frame and the main body of the fluidized bed are plastic-sprayed as a whole, which is more wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant.
3. The entire fluidized bed adopts stainless steel wire drawing plate, which is beautiful and corrosion resistant.
4. The upper and lower heads and the entire barrel body are CNC processed to ensure overall high precision and make the shafting more stable and durable.
5. The conical feeding barrel body is turned 360° to uniformly heat the foaming at the fastest speed, achieving a larger feeding amount and a more uniform foaming.
6. The main shaft reducer adopts K97 type and is equipped with 18. 5 kilowatt high-power motor (controlled by Mitsubishi inverter) has high output torque and is suitable for various performance raw materials, but does not exceed load.
7. The air chamber plate is a special wedge-shaped stainless steel breather plate that permanently does not block the gap and does not need to be cleaned, ensuring the air permeability and saving 21% steam.
8. The discharge door adopts a large amount of outflow method, so that the discharge is fast and clean, and no material skin is produced.
9. Frequency conversion control of the mixing motor can adjust the foaming stirring speed according to different foaming grammes, and different foaming grammes can be more accurately controlled.
10. Systematic control of steam intake is a two-time decompression system to make the entire foaming system more stable, thus ensuring more accurate foaming.
11. Steam, compressed air, and exhaust are all equipped with imported proportional valves. The heating adopts proportional valve PID to control the pressure and temperature. Constant pressure foaming is carried out, which conforms to the optimal heating process of EPS pre-release mechanism, saving steam and saving 20% year-on-year;
12. Adopt vibration sensors imported from Germany to ensure accurate control of the material level during foaming and ensure the uniformity of the foamed graphite material. At the same time, the machine has a pot forming monitoring and early warning function to avoid the machine from exploding under extreme circumstances; the man-machine interface is friendly, and each delivery parameter can be saved to the PLC, and the operator can directly call the common formula;
13. The PLC adopts Siemens control system in Germany and has an Ethernet interface to facilitate customers 'subsequent MBS system docking;
14. The solenoid valve realizes bus control, which is faster and more accurate.
15. The man-machine interface is friendly, and the issuing parameters can be stored in PLC, and the operator can directly call the common formula;
