Equipment advantages

The machine uses a PLC programmable industrial controller and a computer touch screen to complete the automatic cycle processes of the machine such as mold opening and closing, negative pressure feeding, heating, insulation, cooling, demoulding, and product ejection;

The sheet forming speed is fast, has good adhesion, and uniform density, which avoids the disadvantages of uneven feeding density between upper and lower parts of the mold cavity of the single air chamber sheet forming machine, insufficient feeding at the corners of the sheet, and moisture in the sheet;

The machine is made of high-quality steel welded and subjected to aging treatment to make the machine have high strength and no deformation. The density of the plate produced by the machine can reach 6-45kg/m3 ;

The machine can be equipped with touch screen, automatic conveying device and automatic electronic weighing and printing device;

The machine can be matched with color steel sandwich panels to produce plates of 850mm, 950mm and 1150mm, and can also produce 1000mm building plates.
